Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure that clients of Frenkel Topping Ltd receive the best possible service that makes us stand out as the premier specialist Financial Planner for clients in receipt of life changing settlements.
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate member to join our team. The role involves booking investment review meetings in line with our regulatory requirements, maintaining regular contact with clients, and providing a personalised relationship to meet each client’s individual needs. You will ensure that all client queries are addressed in a timely manner, working closely with the wider team(s) to ensure excellent client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with or Financial Advisers and their clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients on a quarterly basis to nurture strong lasting relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate investment review meetings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle client queries and concerns, providing solutions and support as needed, by liaising with wider teams, keeping the client updated in a timely manner.
- Tailor client interactions to meet individual needs, particularly for clients with brain injuries, cognitive challenges and complex needs.
- Utilise in-house database to track client information, update records and ensure the accuracy of data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Prioritise and manage a varied workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
- To learn a basic understanding of the various platforms our client’s investments are held.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with a sensitive approach when working with vulnerable clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Confidence in making and receiving phone calls.
- To maintain a consistent level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
Personal Qualities
- Display a high degree of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a cooperative team spirit.
- Diplomatic and empathetic approach to handling client circumstances.
- A strong desire to support vulnerable clients.
- A willingness to undergo appropriate training as required.
- Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
